The original artwork is a collage made of my own painted textures and hand-printed elements, with hand stamped lettering. Its motto says ‘I am the Sea, the Sea is Me’. It depicts an old sea captain, in his fisherman’s cap and yellow Sou’wester. He had fish swimming through the waves of his beard - he really is the sea!
