At the moment I am only sending to the UK from my website.
Processing Times
The orders are usually to be sent out within 5 days of receiving the order, but if things are needed earlier than that please let me know as I can often send things out earlier.
Some items such as Giclee Prints may have to be ordered so they will have a longer dispatch time stated in the body of the listing. If something is listed as hand made to order or is an original bespoke artwork then that too will have a longer dispatch time stated in the listing.
Returns
Items can only be returned if they have been found to be damaged or not as described.
Please dispatch item back to me within 7 days of receipt after agreement of this course of action.
I will reimburse once I have received the goods. Return post will be at the expense of the customer unless I have sent something out by mistake.
After these times I will no longer discuss return of items.
Cancellations
If the order involves a custom item then no refund will be given if cancelled. Any digital downloads cannot be cancelled once received.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Privacy Policy
In my website shop transactions I only use the information from customers for the sole use of sending the item to the said customer. The only time the customer’s location details leave the secure place they are kept in the order section of the shop is when I write the name and address onto the package itself. I do not store the information outside of the shop account.
I also never give details of who I have sold an item to or where they are going by photographing packages or in any way add email addresses to any email lists I have. If I wanted to ask for a customer’s email to be used in my mailing list I would contact the customer directly via an email or direct message to get permission to do so first.
